6- Any orders purchased from our distributor are not under Engs Legacy Sdn Bhd (HQ) responsibility.
7- We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
8- For all orders with missing, defective, or wrong items, you may WhatsApp our Customer Service Team at Admin 1 or Admin 2 with your Order ID #.
